• Develop, maintain, monitor, and supervise staff and service delivery of the program.
• Ensure compliance with NCYF policies, procedures, and contracts.
• Facilitate staff meetings and provide regular trainings.
• Approve treatment plans and termination summaries.
• Oversee client intakes and provide clinical support and crisis intervention as needed.
• Manage weekday operations, including occasional evening hours, frequent local travel, and maintain a valid/active driver’s license.

• Master’s degree in human services or social services (required).
• At least 3 years of experience working with youth with emotional and behavioral difficulties.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience (preferred).
• Approved CORI, DCF, and driving background checks.
• Valid driver’s license.
