Greater Springfield Senior Services Inc. seeks a Protective Services Assistant to support at‑risk older adults within Protective Services and the Anchor program.
This on‑site role (35 hours/week) handles housing referrals and conducts collateral calls to help determine risk. You will document interactions in APS and Form Site, track case progress in Excel, and provide timely updates to the supervisors and interdisciplinary team.
