Flint Logistics, a leading transportation provider, is seeking highly motivated and experienced CDL A Truck Drivers to join our growing team. Weekly Earnings: $1,200 - $1,600 per week

Quarterly Raises:
Based on production and safety performance.

Guaranteed Pay:
Begins after 30 days of employment.

Comprehensive Benefits:
Health insurance, life insurance, and paid vacation.

Orientation Pay: $100 per day.

Late-Model Equipment:
Enjoy driving well-maintained Kenworth T680 trucks (4 years or newer) equipped with automatic transmissions, APUs, inverters, voice navigation, and in-cab 5th wheel release.

Consistent Mileage:
Average 2,500-3,000 miles per week.

Reefer Trailers:
Hauling general commodities, boxed beef, chicken, and pork.

Operating Area:
Midwest to the East Coast.

Flexible Home Time:
Drivers receive 6 days off per month, which can be taken consecutively or split up, providing flexibility to manage personal time. Drivers can choose when to take their home time with 8 days prior approval. Please note that due to the OTR nature of the position, weekly home time is not available.

Dedicated Support:
Each driver will have a dedicated Driver Support Specialist team comprised of former drivers, providing valuable assistance and understanding.

• Valid CDL A Truck Driver license.
• Acceptable driving record.
• Experience as a CDL A Truck Driver is preferred.

• Orientation is held in Olathe, KS. We provide transportation to orientation via bus or plane.
• Passengers aged 10 and older are permitted. Pets are not allowed.
