Job Overview

Our accounting department is growing! We are looking for an individual who wants to learn and grow with our team. A good work ethic, a desire to learn, and strong communication/computer skills are required. Accounting knowledge or experience is a plus but not mandatory. A positive attitude is essential. • Heavy data entry
• Back-up receptionist duties
• Assist Accountants and other financial professionals with creating and editing financial documents
• Organize the bookkeeping processes of the company
• Communicate with vendors, residents, and managers in a professional manner

• Clear communication skills

• Good computer skills with knowledge of common bookkeeping and spreadsheet programs
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently on assigned duties
