Tax Manager | ASC | SEC

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Income Tax Manager to be responsible for leading all aspects of accounting for income taxes in accordance with ASC 740 and supporting SEC reporting requirements for a publicly traded company. This role oversees the monthly, quarterly, and annual income tax provision process, coordinates external tax return preparation, and manages income tax audits. The Manager will work cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting, and external advisors while providing guidance and development to team members.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
• 6+ years of corporate tax experience, either in public accounting or within a large corporation.
• Strong experience with ASC 740 and tax accounting for public companies.
• Experience with One Source Income Tax Provision or similar tax provision software.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and SEC regulations related to income tax accounting.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise, develop, and manage team members effectively.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
