Could you be the Procurement Operations Analyst we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your data management and analytics expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates.

We’ll look to you for:
  • Manage extract from various internal IT tools, Qlik Sense, ERP, Share Points
  • Maintain regularly the data pertaining to the Supplier Risks and Supplier Performance management
  • Build and maintain Power Bi boards such as supplier mapping, tariffs simulator, delivery assurance plan, QCDT scorecard, etc.
  • Support efficiency of Systematic claims management process
  • Support creation of tools following initiatives from the Supplier Excellence team
  • Maintain Supplier Excellence Sharepoint
  • Prepare the reporting of Supplier Performance and Risks mitigation
  • Collects evidences of compliancy with process and collaboration in Alstom internal audits (APSYS) pertaining to supplier risks and performance.

  • Degree in Business, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, or related field
  • Experience or understanding of supplier performance and risk management
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in Power Bi, Qlik Sense, SAP, and Excel
  • Familiarity with business intelligence and data analytics processes
  • A certification in data analytics or business intelligence would be a plus
  • Strong communication skills for presenting synthetic and effective PowerPoint dashboards
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
