We’re searching for a Commercial Roofing Advisor in our Roofing and Building Maintenance Division. The Commercial Roofing Advisor is responsible for supporting the efforts of the Sales Representative in your area.

• Preparing and/or distributing marketing materials
• Inspection and evaluation of the property
• Preparing roof drawings and sketches
• Preparing scope of work documents
• Preparing proposals
• Attending sales calls
• Pricing patch and repair jobs
• Providing technical expertise
• Attending meetings with the architect, contractor, and/or owner
• Inspections
• Monitoring installations
• Troubleshooting problems arising during installation and during the lifecycle of the roof
• Conducting diagnostic infrared scans of roofs
• Preparing CADD drawings

Three to five years of related hands‑on experience required.

Prior sales and/or customer‑related experience in the roofing industry required.

The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $58,000 and $70,000.
