We’re seeking an experienced Concrete Project Manager to lead an on‑site, $3.5 million concrete project in Rolla, Missouri. You’ll oversee all phases of construction—planning, scheduling, and cost management—ensuring KCI’s standards for safety, quality, and performance are met.

• Lead all aspects of the project to ensure safety, quality, and daily progress.
• Manage budgets, change orders, and project documentation to ensure profitability.
• Partner closely with the Superintendent to coordinate self‑performed concrete crews.
• Build strong relationships with owners, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Proactively identify issues and implement solutions to keep the project on schedule.

• A hands‑on leader who understands self‑performed concrete construction.
• A strong communicator and collaborator who builds trust across teams.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities on site.
• Committed to doing things the right way—with integrity, safety, and quality.

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing concrete or heavy civil projects.
• Proven success managing self‑performed concrete structures, piers, footings, foundations, slabs, walls, etc.
• Strong scheduling and cost‑management skills.
• Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Office, scheduling tools, HCSS, and Vista a plus.
