• Produce local news, sports, and talk programming for KWTO and KBFL.
• Produce live and recorded sporting events broadcast across Zimmer stations.
• Stay informed on current news and sports developments and provide on‑air analysis as needed.
• Assist with booking guests for shows and coordinating interviews.
• Create and manage social media content for each show, including developing graphics, writing posts for Facebook, X, and other station platforms, and producing podcast versions of key show segments.
• Write and produce news content for on‑air broadcasts, digital platforms, and social media; anchor newscasts as assigned by the News Director.
• Anchor severe weather coverage and participate in a rotating on‑call schedule for storm coverage.
• Support music stations through voice tracking or filling in for on‑air shifts as needed.
• Actively participate in staff meetings, consultant coaching sessions, and other company meetings as required.

• Highly motivated, creative, and self‑directed professional.
• Strong ability to work in fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environments with excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
• Professional demeanor with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate across departments to support station and company objectives.

• Minimum of one year of radio experience in an on‑air or production role preferred.
• Experience creating and managing social media content across multiple platforms.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
