BDC Operator

Description of the role:
The Body Shop Receptionist is responsible for maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere at Reliable Chevrolet Springfield's body shop. This individual will be the first point of contact for customers and will assist in providing exceptional customer service.

• - Greet customers and provide them with necessary information
• - Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department
• - Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar
• - Assist in processing paperwork and documentation
• - Communicate effectively with the service and sales departments
• - Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner
• - Maintain a clean and organized reception area

• - High school diploma or equivalent
• - Previous experience in customer service or receptionist role is preferred
• - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel
• - Detail-oriented and highly organized
