Current Team

• 1 Pediatric Dentist
• 1 Orthodontist (Dr. Thomas Gardner)
• 2 Associate Dentists
• Full team of Dental Assistants & Hygienists

Daily Volume

• 30–40 patients/day on average
• Consistent, steady pediatric demand with room for expanded services

Scope of Practice

• Exams, cleanings, fillings, crowns
• General pediatric restorative care
• Sedation dentistry services
• In‑house orthodontics handled by Dr. Gardner
• Preventive care for infants through teen years

Patient Age Range

• Infants, Children, Teens

Payor Mix

• Heavily private insurance (Delta Dental, BCBS, etc.)
• Small portion of Medicaid patients

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care with compassion and clinical excellence
• Deliver sedation dentistry within training and credentialing
• Collaborate closely with orthodontist and support staff
• Maintain efficient patient flow and accurate documentation
• Mentor junior staff or new graduates as needed
• Uphold all safety, infection‑control, and regulatory standards

Salary: $200,000 – $500,000 Annual
