She Recruits is proud to partner with a large and well-respected health system in Springfield, Missouri, currently seeking Board Certified or Board Eligible physicians across several outpatient-focused specialties. Whether your background is in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, or Urgent Care, there are multiple openings available including a unique opportunity for overnight UC coverage at a 24/7 facility.

Urgent Care (Day and Night Shifts)
Schedule: 13 shifts/month (12-hour shifts: 8 PM 8 AM)
Setting: High-volume, modern urgent care facility located on a hospital campus
Team-based model: Access to diagnostic tools, imaging, and specialist consultation
Ideal for: Physicians who thrive in fast-paced environments and prefer condensed work schedules
Base salary range: $230,000 to $300,000 (commensurate with specialty, experience, and shift type)
