Part-Time General Surgeon Position in Springfield, MO with National Wound Physician Group. Clinical satisfaction, autonomy and flexibility, work-life balance. No Nights, No Call, No Weekend Clinical Responsibilities. Become an expert in wound management, learn from highly qualified wound certified physician trainers and Fellowship Directors. Utilize cutting-edge clinical technologies and the latest wound care modalities.

• Provide bedside wound care in facilities across the service area as part of a mobile practice.
• Deliver modern wound management at the bedside in post-acute care settings:
  Skilled Nursing Facilities and Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals.
• Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility.
• Visit 2-3 facilities per day; treat approximately 20-30 patients per day.
• Participate in paid training and a wound care fellowship during onboarding and the fellowship period.
• Document care at the point of care, in real-time during rounds, using our wound-specific EMR.

• Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state you wish to practice
• Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week

• Part-time (minimum 3 days per week); full-time available as 4-5 days per week
• No call / No weekend clinical responsibilities
• Mobile practice with travel to facilities within a 40–60 mile radius of practice location
• W2 employment contract (No work visa sponsorship available)
  • W2 physicians earn on average $300,000 per year plus benefits
