Mercy Hospital Springfield is seeking a fellowship-trained Otologist or Neurotologist to join our expanding, high-volume ENT program. This is a unique opportunity to practice at a tertiary referral hub serving a four-state region of nearly 2 million patients, with strong demand and immediate case volume.

You’ll join a collaborative, multidisciplinary team in a well-established program that continues to grow in complexity and reach. With only one fellowship-trained otologist currently covering the region, this role offers the chance to quickly build a robust, advanced subspecialty practice.

• 90%+ Otology/Neurotology focus - build a true subspecialty practice
• Expand care in hearing implants (cochlear & bone-anchored), vestibular disorders, and skull-base surgery
• High demand with immediate access to complex cases and a strong referral base
• Practice in a leading tertiary care environment with cutting-edge resources
• Opportunity for teaching and research in a GME setting, if interested

You’ll be supported by a comprehensive, highly skilled team including:

• 3 Head & Neck Microvascular Surgeons
• Skull Base Neurosurgery & Neurointerventional specialists
• 3 General Otolaryngologists
• ENT Allergy services
• 6 Audiologists, 3 Vestibular Therapists, 6 Speech-Language Pathologists
• Facial Plastic Surgery

• Negotiable $550,000 salary + $100,000 sign-on bonus + stipend opportunities
• General ENT call: 1 in 9-10 (primarily coverage only)
• Hospital-employed model with excellent access to ORs and ambulatory surgery centers

• Only tertiary otology/neurotology referral center within 150 miles
• Serves Missouri, Arkansas, Kansas, and Oklahoma
• Integrated support across Neurosurgery, Neurology, Audiology, Rehab, and Speech Therapy
