Otologist-Neurotologist

Mercy Hospital - Springfield is seeking a fellowship-trained Otologist or Neurotologist to join their expanding, high-volume ENT program in Springfield, Missouri. This unique opportunity allows the provider to practice at a tertiary referral hub serving a four-state region with strong demand and immediate case volume. The role features a 90%+ otology/neurotology focus, supported by a collaborative, multidisciplinary team in a well-established program.

• Tertiary referral hub serving a four-state region of nearly 2 million patients
• 90%+ Otology/Neurotology focus
• Collaborative, multidisciplinary team including 3 Head & Neck Microvascular Surgeons, Skull Base Neurosurgery & Neurointerventional specialists, 3 General Otolaryngologists, ENT Allergy services, 6 Audiologists, 3 Vestibular Therapists, and 6 Speech-Language Pathologists
• Hospital-employed model with excellent access to ORs and ambulatory surgery centers
• Only tertiary otology/neurotology referral center within 150 miles serving Missouri, Arkansas, Kansas, and Oklahoma
• Opportunity for teaching and research in a GME setting, if interested

Responsibilities

• Expand care in hearing implants (cochlear & bone-anchored), vestibular disorders, and skull-base surgery

Compensation

• Negotiable $550,000 salary
• $100,000 sign-on bonus
