** Practice Details
*** Established team of 8 Acute Care Surgeons (recruiting a 9th due to growth)
* Supported by experienced Advanced Practice Providers
* Based at a large regional referral center serving Southwest Missouri
* Broad, high-acuity case mix including trauma, emergency general surgery, and ICU care--
- ** Clinical Responsibilities
*** Manage trauma surgery cases and acute surgical emergencies
* Provide surgical critical care in the ICU
* Perform a wide range of operative procedures, including minimally invasive and robotic techniques
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care
* Participate in call coverage within a team-based model
* Optional involvement in teaching, mentorship, and clinical research--
