Mercy Hospital Springfield is seeking a third fellowship-trained Head & Neck Surgeon with expertise in microvascular reconstruction to join their established team in Springfield, Missouri. Practice at an 886-bed tertiary referral center serving a four-state region, supported by a nationally recognized cancer program and multidisciplinary team. Enjoy high-volume subspecialty practice with immediate case volume, robotic surgery capabilities, and shared ENT call support.

• 886-bed tertiary referral center serving a four-state region of more than 1.5 million people
• High-volume subspecialty practice focused on head & neck oncology, thyroid, parathyroid, and microvascular reconstruction
• Collaborative team including Neurotology, Facial Plastics, General ENT, Allergy, Skull Base Surgery, Neurosurgery, Audiology, and Speech Pathology
• 9 Medical Oncologists and 3 Radiation Oncologists
• Dedicated Head & Neck Nurse Navigator and multidisciplinary tumor boards
• Dedicated OR block time and efficient ambulatory surgery center with main-campus clinic and surgery facilities

Responsibilities

• Practice head & neck oncology, thyroid, parathyroid, and microvascular reconstruction
• Participate in GME and research opportunities if interested

Compensation

• Proven compensation potential in the 75th-90th percentile
