As an adjunct faculty member, you’ll provide program instruction incorporating innovative teaching methodologies, cutting‑edge technologies and other industry trends reflecting advancements in your discipline. • This position will be located at Fort Leonard Woodlocated at 316 Missouri Ave, Fort Leonard Wood, MO 65473
• Candidates will need to be on‑site Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, OR Thursday from 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST) once a week

This is a writing‑intensive course in writing academic prose, including various types of essays, arguments, and constructions.

• Facilitate classroom lecture and discussions
• Engage students in learning course objectives and topics
• Assess student performance and mentor success in the classroom
• Provide a positive example to students by supporting the University’s Doctrinal Statement, Ethical Position Statement, and Mission of Grand Canyon University

• PhD in Composition OR
  • Writing OR
  • Professional Writing OR
  • Rhetoric
• OR Master’s in Composition
  • Writing OR
  • Professional Writing OR
  • Rhetoric
• Exceptions may be granted to individuals with a Master’s in any field AND 18-graduate credits in English AND substantial work experience

• Your unofficial transcript reflecting degree earned with 18 graduate credit hours in the areas listed above
