**** What You’ll Be Doing
*** Leading and supporting engineering projects by partnering with plant teams and vendors to troubleshoot real-time issues and implement reliability-driven improvements.
* Providing technical support during outages and across commissioning phases.
* Managing gas generation projects from start to finish—scope, procurement, execution, and closeout.
* Leading or contributing to RFPs, bid reviews, vendor selection, and contract negotiations in collaboration with internal teams.
** What You’ll Bring
*** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field preferred
-OR- equivalent O&M experience along with project management experience.
* Familiarity with performance tools like PI System (OSIsoft) and plant control systems (e.g., DCS).
* Proven track record managing projects.
* Solid understanding of project management process flow—scope, contracts, procurement, execution, and closeout.
