* Qualifications:

*
* - A minimum of 10 years in construction management and project management within Mission Critical/Data Center environments.
- Proven experience in telecommunications, commercial electrical work, and emergency power systems.
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, PLCs, EMSBs, and Data Center infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of building architecture and MEP construction.
- Expertise in OSHA guidelines and safety standards.
- Proficiency in managing complex construction projects with a focus on zero outage goals.

Extensive background / knowledge working in/with:
o Telecom
o Commercial electrical work
o Emergency generators,
o PLCs (Power Logic Controllers)
o EMSBs (Emergency Switch Boards)
o Cooling Towers
o (CRAC) Computer Room Air Conditioners
o (CRAH) Computer Room Air Handler
o (AHU) Air Handling Units
o HVAC Systems
o AC power systems
o DC power
o Maintenance window
o Data Centers, Mobile Switching Centers, and/or Central Offices
o Generators, Medium Voltage Electrical Switch Gear and Chilled Water Systems
including AHU’s, Cooling Towers and Control’s.
o and any other major electrical/Mechanical components associated with Mission Critical
Data Center builds
