We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join a growing manufacturing organization in Springfield, MO. This position offers an excellent opportunity to use your project management expertise in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

As a Project Manager, you'll work closely with internal teams and external customers to bring complex manufacturing projects to life. Each project offers a unique blend of technical and commercial responsibilities—from design and cost proposals to overseeing production and installation. You'll play a key role in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Manage all phases of project life cycles, from concept through completion
• Collaborate with customers, engineering, and production teams to deliver successful outcomes
• Develop and present project cost estimates and proposals
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Support sales efforts and promote company products and service
• Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders throughout the project

• Associate degree required;
  Bachelor's degree in a technical or related field preferred
• 2-3 years of experience in a custom manufacturing or related environment preferred
• Background in process piping or similar technical project management a plus
• Experience in food, beverage, pharmaceutical, or industrial manufacturing environments preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) required
• Experience with AutoCAD or Inventor preferred
