As a licensed Mechanical Engineer, you will play a key role in the design, planning, and implementation of mechanical systems within complex building projects. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary MEP partners, architects, contractors, and clients to deliver efficient, cost-effective, and code-compliant solutions. This position requires strong technical ability, leadership, and problem‑solving skills across all phases of project development—from concept through construction and commissioning.

What You Will Need- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Active Professional Engineer (PE) license — required
- 5–8 years of experience in MEP system design, project management, and construction oversight
- Strong understanding of mechanical and MEP engineering principles
- Proficiency in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, Inventor
, and related design tools - Experience with BIM coordination and cross‑disciplinary collaboration
- Extensive knowledge of building codes, energy standards, and safety regulations
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites
- Availability for occasional after‑hours project support or emergency response
- Ability to work within a factory‑based, fast‑paced environment
, including occasional lifting, bending, and interaction with standard construction materials
- Lead the design and planning of mechanical and MEP systems, including detailed drawings, specifications, and cost estimates
- Ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems with architectural, electrical, and plumbing disciplines
- Oversee project execution
, including installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical/MEP equipment - Supervise on‑site activities to ensure alignment with schedules, budgets, and safety standards
- Conduct quality control reviews
, verifying compliance with technical standards, design intent, and all applicable codes - Review submittals, shop drawings, and material selections to ensure full alignment with project requirements
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve technical challenges and support project decision‑making
- Maintain accurate project documentation
, including drawings, revisions, technical reports, logs, and progress updates - Utilize Revit MEP and BIM tools to coordinate with multi‑disciplinary teams, detect clashes, and optimize system integration
- Identify and resolve complex issues related to mechanical systems or interdisciplinary MEP design during both design and construction phases
- Ensure all mechanical systems meet regulatory compliance, building codes, energy‑efficiency requirements, and safety standards
- Support a high‑efficiency, precision‑driven environment with a commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement
