Reporting to the VP/General Manager, the Director of Engineering will set the strategic vision for engineering, product management, and new product development (NPD). This role drives the product portfolio strategy, innovation pipeline, and lifecycle management to deliver market-leading solutions that align with the company’s growth objectives.

The Director will lead a high-performing team, foster cross-functional collaboration, and ensure excellence from concept through commercialization—applying rigorous processes such as Stage Gate to accelerate innovation and customer value creation.

• Shape Product Strategy: Define and execute a multi-year NPD roadmap that positions the company ahead of market trends and competition.
• Drive Innovation: Champion customer-driven design and breakthrough solutions that solve critical industry challenges and create measurable value.
• Lead High-Performing Teams: Attract, develop, and retain top engineering and product talent while cultivating a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Deliver Results: Oversee the full product lifecycle, from opportunity identification to launch and sustainment, ensuring profitability, manufacturability, and operational scalability.
• Strengthen Market Advantage: Leverage competitive intelligence, pricing strategy, and customer insights to maintain leadership in key markets.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven success leading engineering and product development teams.
• Track record of delivering innovative products to market, driving revenue growth, and improving profitability.
• Expertise in Stage Gate, VOC, and modern product development methodologies.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
