• Own all aspects of ASC 740 income tax accounting
  —monthly, quarterly, and year-end provisions.
• Prepare SEC-compliant tax disclosures and footnotes.
• Manage federal, state, and local tax filings in collaboration with external partners.
• Lead tax method documentation for fixed assets, inventory, credits, and transfer pricing.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing tax team.

• Bachelor’s in Accounting + 6+ years of corporate tax experience.
• Strong ASC 740 and GAAP knowledge.
• Proficiency with tax provision software (e.g., One Source).
• Leadership experience and advanced Excel skills.

• Impact at Scale: Shape tax policy for a $Bn revenue leader.
• Clear Path to Leadership: This role is part of a succession plan for Head of Tax in a few years.
