Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Mortgage Loan Officer located in Springfield, MO, with the flexibility to work partially from home. The Mortgage Loan Officer will focus on assisting clients in securing mortgage loans, managing the loan application process, evaluating financial documents, and ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines. The role involves developing and maintaining client relationships, analyzing borrower qualifications, and delivering excellent customer service to meet individual and organizational goals.
Qualifications- Experience as a Loan Officer with knowledge of the Mortgage Industry and Mortgage Lending processes.
- Proficiency in underwriting principles and familiarity with financial and regulatory documentation.
- Strong customer service skills to build and maintain trust with clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a results-driven mindset.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in applicable financial software and tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred but equivalent experience will be considered.
