Staff Accountant - Assets

We are hiring a Staff Accountant – Fixed Assets at O'Reilly Auto Parts
.

The role focuses on accounting for the company's fixed assets, construction in progress, and leases. Responsibilities include journal entries, analysis, research, preparation of reports and schedules, budgeting, and special projects.

• Prepare monthly journal entries.
• Analyze capital expenditure and expense trends & budget to actual variances.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting of capital expenditures and expenses.
• Prepare various financial reports, schedules, and analyses.
• Lead special projects.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Proficient with spreadsheet and word processing software.
• Ability to work with limited supervision.
• High accuracy.
