Member Experience Team Lead (Lead of Teller Team) – Campbell Branch

- Lead the teller team and ensure the front‑line staff deliver a “WOW” experience for every member interaction.
- Maintain accuracy, efficiency, and security in all teller transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments and transfers.
- Balance cash drawers at the end of shifts and assist team members in reconciling cash.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to team members, encouraging professional growth and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Conduct difficult conversations constructively and resolve team issues quickly.
- Assist members with product and service inquiries, refer them to appropriate resources, and help improve their financial world.
- Support scheduled shifts, including opening or closing coverage and occasional Saturday morning shifts (8:45 a.m. – 12:15 p.m.).
- Minimum 2 years of teller experience and 3 years in a financial institution.
- At least 3 years of customer service experience in any field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience leading a small team of 4–6 people.
- Experience at a credit union is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, people‑centric approach, and ability to inspire teammates.
- Dependable, honest, upbeat, with a strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Self‑motivated, proactive, and committed to making a difference in members’ lives.
Campbell Branch – 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (with occasional Saturday morning coverage) – Opener shift: 7:15 a.m. – 3:45 p.m.;
Closer shift: 9:00 a.m. – 5:45 p.m.
