The Registration Specialist assists patients during the on‑site registration and arrival process for scheduled and unscheduled visits, completing financial clearance functions. Responsibilities include collecting accurate demographic and insurance information, handling patient financial obligations at the time of service, and greeting and serving patients and internal team members professionally and respectfully. Some travel between sites and extended hours may be required based on department needs.
Education- Required:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience. - Preferred: 1–2 Years related experience.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work with the public and co‑workers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Proficient in using computers and computer systems.
- Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
