Physical Therapist-Flex – Per Diem

The Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating and assessing patient needs, formulating treatment plans, providing therapy services outlined in those plans, and working cooperatively with physicians, case managers, and staff. The therapist also directs Physical Therapy Assistants and aides.

• Education:
  
  Advanced graduate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensure:
  Current or temporary license to practice Physical Therapy in the state of duty.
• Experience:
  
  Prior success in Physical Therapy delivery is preferred.
• Certifications:
  
  BLS Basic Life Support within 3 months of hire.
• Skills:
  
  Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Preferred Experience:
  
  One to two years as a Physical Therapist.
