The Bungalows at Chesterfield Village in Springfield, Missouri is hiring a Resident Care Associate to join our team. This role involves providing hands-on care and emotional support to residents in assisted living and memory care neighborhoods, following each resident's PSP.
You will work Mon-Fri with every other weekend required, report to the Family Experience Director, maintain safety and dignity, follow care routines, and collaborate with the care team to promote a home-like environment.
