- ConductfunctionalbehaviorassessmentsanddevelopindividualizedABAtreatmentplansforchildrenwithautism
- Providedirectclinicaloversight,includingongoingdatareviewandtreatmentplanadjustments
- Supervise,train,andsupportbehaviortechnicians/RBTstoensurehigh-qualityservicedelivery
- Collaboratewithfamilies,schools,andotherproviderstopromoteconsistencyacrosssettings
- Maintain timely,accurateclinicaldocumentationandprogressreports
- Participateinteammeetingsandcontributetoapositive,collaborativeclinicalculture
