Registered Behavior Technician; RBT

The Hero Clinic is hiring an in-house, full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a school-based setting. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with children in the classroom environment and delivering consistent, compassionate, evidence-based behavioral support as part of a collaborative team.

• Provide direct 1:1 and/or small-group behavioral support in a school setting under the supervision of a BCBA/qualified supervisor, following established behavior intervention plans
• Implement skill-building programs (communication, social skills, daily living skills, emotional regulation, and behavior reduction strategies as appropriate)
• Collect accurate data during sessions and support progress monitoring
• Collaborate with school staff and the clinic team to ensure consistent implementation of strategies
• Maintain timely documentation and follow all policies related to confidentiality, safety, and ethical care

• Active RBT credential preferred
• Experience working with children in a school, clinic, or community setting preferred
• Reliable, calm under pressure, and comfortable with coaching/feedback
• Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset

• Full-time, on-site / school-based role
