Cox Health at Home is seeking a compassionate Home Care Aide to assist patients in their homes across the Springfield area. The role emphasizes empathy, reliability, and strong communication to support daily living activities.
Hours are typically 8:00a–5:00p, with a day shift pattern in a 40-hour work week. Training includes 12 hours of classroom instruction and 4 hours of on-the-job training within 30 days of first client contact, plus ongoing in-service as required.
