* Key Responsibilities:

*** Provide individual, group, and family therapy in person or through telehealth.
* Complete assessments, determine diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans.
* Deliver evidence-based, trauma-informed, and co-occurring disorder services based on client needs.
* Respond to crises and coordinate emergency services when necessary.
* Collaborate with treatment teams, internal departments, and referral partners to coordinate care and service authorizations.
* Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation that meets agency, accreditation, and regulatory standards.
* Participate in treatment meetings and provide clinical consultation, training, or supervision when qualified.
* Support client transitions and maintain professional relationships with clients, families, coworkers, and community partners.
* Complete required training and contribute to department and organizational goals..
** Education, Experience, and/or Credential

Qualifications:

*** Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
* Current licensure with the applicable professional registration board as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
* Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states as needed.
* Training and demonstrated expertise in diagnostic criteria for individuals experiencing mental health and/or substance use disorders.
* Knowledge of assessment, diagnosis, caseload management, rehabilitation methods, and evidence-based behavioral health treatment.
* Understanding of applicable legal requirements, ethical standards, and court procedures related to behavioral health treatment.
* Ability to develop, coordinate, and evaluate services within assigned programs.
* Willingness and comfort providing telehealth services; training will be provided..
