OHM operates the Homewood Suites Springfield Medical District, seeking a PM Front Desk Agent to warmly greet guests, assist with registration and room assignments, and answer inquiries about services.
You will manage room availability, guest accounts and billing, post charges, take payments, and support guest requests while coordinating with other departments. A HS diploma and hospitality experience are preferred.
