Ozarks Community Hospital in Springfield, MO is looking for a full‑time Community Relations Coordinator and HR Assistant to become a valuable member of our team.
Position OverviewThe Marketing & HR Support Specialist will primarily support the Communications team by contributing to marketing initiatives focusing on employee morale, community relations, and promoting our company’s values. You’ll help coordinate marketing campaigns, assist with community outreach efforts, and be an active participant in fostering a positive company culture. Additionally, you’ll assist the HR team with tasks like processing applications, managing documents, and scheduling, providing essential support for HR operations.

Our facilities include a hospital located in Gravette, Arkansas and a number of satellite clinics located in Southwest Missouri and Northwest Arkansas.

- Assist with employee morale initiatives, such as organizing internal events, celebrations, and team‑building activities.
- Collaborate with the Communications team on promoting company culture and employee achievements.
- Help coordinate community relations activities, including identifying opportunities for clinic partnerships and events.
- Act as a "boots on the ground" representative to support in‑person outreach for clinics and community events.
- Contribute to marketing campaigns that support recruitment efforts and company branding.
- Process incoming job applications and maintain applicant tracking systems.
- Assist in employee onboarding, including preparing materials and scheduling orientations.
- Manage filing systems, ensuring all HR documentation is organized and up‑to‑date
- Support HR team in various administrative tasks as needed.

- Paid time off (PTO) earned on an accrual basis, up to 3.5 weeks per year based on a 40‑hour work week.
- Company‑paid holidays.
- Hands‑on experience in both HR and Marketing.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow in both marketing and HR functions.
- Previous experience in marketing, communications, or HR is a plus but not required.
