Data Analyst
POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a Lead Front End Developer to join our Information Technology team at our corporate office in Springfield, MO. This role will lead the strategy, implementation, and optimization of enterprise-level tag management and analytics solutions. As the subject matter expert in modern JavaScript frameworks, including React, and Adobe Launch, you will guide the design and deployment of data collection systems that enable advanced digital marketing, analytics, personalization, and optimization initiatives.
The Lead Developer will act as a key liaison between IT, Digital, Marketing, and business partners to ensure seamless data capture, accurate reporting, and scalable tagging practices that support enterprise goals.
- Architect, implement, and manage tag deployments across multiple properties using Adobe Launch and other leading Tag Management Systems.
- Design and optimize data layer specifications to ensure robust, scalable, and future-proof tracking.
- Establish tagging governance standards and best practices across the enterprise.
- Serve as the primary technical advisor on tagging and analytics to IT leadership, Marketing, and Digital partners.
- Translate business needs into technical tagging requirements and oversee their execution.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers and cross‑functional partners.
- Lead testing and validation of analytics and marketing tags to ensure accurate data collection.
- Partner with analytics teams to troubleshoot data discrepancies and optimize collection methods.
- Regularly audit existing implementations to maintain high‑quality, trustworthy datasets.
- Analyze and optimize scripts and tags for performance, security, and compliance.
- Ensure JavaScript execution integrity and minimal impact on website performance.
- Contribute to the development of advanced personalization and targeting capabilities.

- Minimum Degree
Required:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). - 5+ years of professional experience with Tag Management Systems, with a strong focus on Adobe Launch.
- Deep expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Proven track record of leading cross‑functional projects spanning IT, Digital, and Marketing.
- Experience with enterprise‑level analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Strong understanding of browser developer tools and debugging techniques.
- Familiarity with personalization, A/B testing, and optimization tools.
- Ability to set technical standards and drive adoption across teams.
- As needed for major technical architecture planning and/or for major .COM releases.
