Vision IT is seeking a Technical Expert to join our team as an MI Systems Maintainer Integrator II – a role that places you at the core of national defense infrastructure.

You’ll apply your advanced technical knowledge and diagnostic acumen to sustain and integrate complex Military Intelligence (MI) systems. In this role, precision, accountability and deep subject‑matter expertise are not just expected – they are essential.

• Maintain and integrate cutting‑edge C4
  
  ISR systems across multi‑domain operations.
• Perform installation, configuration and alignment of intelligence platforms with exacting precision.
• Diagnose and resolve complex failures across SIGINT, GEOINT, HUMINT, FISINT, TECHINT and OSINT systems.
• Use advanced Test Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE) – oscilloscopes, signal generators, spectrum analyzers – to execute system‑level troubleshooting.
• Inspect and repair antenna systems, RF components and fiber‑optic infrastructure using techniques such as TDR, harmonic distortion and VSWR analysis.
• Secure network support: manage hardware and software life cycles on classified systems across NIPRNet, SIPRNet, JWICS, TDN2, SAP and coalition networks.
• Execute de‑militarization, reset and fielding activities to sustain mission‑readiness of national defense systems.
• Support high‑value platforms such as GRCS, TDCL, EMRSS, OGS and DCGS‑A.
• Provide input to training programs, logistics coordination and technical documentation – ensuring all work meets military compliance and operational readiness standards.

• Associate degree in Electronics or a related discipline, OR six (6) years of equivalent military/civilian experience in MI system integration.
• Strong technical background in platforms such as RF antenna systems.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret schematics, technical drawings and system architecture documentation.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs. and operate in confined or tactical environments.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Active TS/SCI clearance based on Tier 5 background investigation (ICD 704 compliant).
• IAT Tier II certification required;
  Tier III preferred (waiver possible with valid Tier II).
• CI polygraph may be required depending on assignment.
