About

The Role

The Digital Marketing Coordinator (DMC) plays a vital role in connecting Marketing, Growth Operations, and Sales. This position is responsible for executing JMARK’s digital marketing strategy with precision, creativity, and a strong focus on measurable results. Working closely with the Director of Marketing, Growth Ops, Copywriter, Designer, and Event Coordinator, the DMC transforms data into strategy, leverages AI to enhance performance, and ensures JMARK’s authentic brand voice shines across every digital channel.

Core

Purpose

To drive measurable marketing outcomes and top‑of‑funnel sales leads through data analysis, AI integration, and strategic execution—aligning marketing and sales efforts to fuel business growth and strengthen JMARK’s digital presence and sub‑brands.

What You’ll Do Social Media
  • Manage and optimize profiles for JMARK, key executives, and sub‑brands.
  • Create and execute content calendars that align with campaigns, initiatives, and events.
  • Explore and recommend AI tools to enhance content development and scheduling.
  • Write engaging posts, stories, and videos that reflect the JMARK brand.
  • Monitor analytics, identify trends, and adjust strategy accordingly.
  • Build authentic engagement and brand advocacy through social channels.
  • Oversee review and reputation platforms (Indeed, Glassdoor, Google, etc.).
Digital Advertising & Optimization
  • Create and manage paid campaigns across platforms such as Google, Linked In, Facebook, Instagram, and You Tube.
  • Use data insights and AI‑assisted analytics to refine targeting, messaging, and ad spend.
  • Collaborate with the Copywriter and Designer to produce strong, on‑brand creative.
  • Report performance metrics and continuously optimize for conversions.
Website Management
  • Maintain and monitor JMARK and sub‑brand websites for functionality, performance, and design.
  • Build landing pages for campaigns and events.
  • Optimize pages for SEO/GEO (Generative/AI Engine Optimization).
  • Collaborate with agencies on design and development projects.
  • Use AI tools to enhance content creation, search visibility, and user experience.
Email Marketing
  • Develop and execute segmented, automated email campaigns in collaboration with the Growth Team.
  • Use AI and engagement data to personalize communications and improve open/click rates.
  • Align messaging with sales initiatives to nurture leads and support conversions.
  • Report on metrics and continuously refine strategies.
Marketing Team Support
  • Help coordinate marketing meetings and campaign planning.
  • Support project timelines and vendor relationships.
  • Contribute to creative strategy and content development.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools for marketing automation, analytics, and creative efficiency.
  • Proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Word Press, SEO, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Strong writing, communication, and design skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into decisions.
  • Proficiency with major social media platforms and web tools.
  • Excellent time management, organization, and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
