• Search Optimization:
  Enhance and maintain search functionality across digital platforms using Coveo or similar tools ensuring relevance and accuracy of search results
• Data Analysis:
  Analyze search performance metrics and user behavior to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
• Implementation:
  Collaborate with cross functional teams to implement search solutions that improve content discoverability and user experience
• Integration:
  Design and implement integration solutions with third party systems ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability
• Performance Monitoring:
  Monitor and optimize search indexing and performance identifying and resolving bottlenecks and issues
• Documentation:
  Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for search processes tools and best practices
• Continuous Improvement:
  Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in search and continuously improve search infrastructure and processes
• Learning and Development:
  For candidates without Coveo experience demonstrate eagerness to learn Coveo and deliver high quality search solutions

• Education:
  
  bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science engineering or a related field
• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 5 years of experience in search technologies and data analytics with at least 3 years in using Coveo or similar tools

• Proficiency in search technologies such as Coveo Elasticsearch Solr or similar tools
• Strong knowledge of data analytics and performance metrics
• Experience with integration and API development
• Familiarity with cloud platforms AWS Azure GCP and containerization technologies Docker Kubernetes
• Proficiency in scripting languages Python Bash etc
• Soft Skills:
  
  Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
