The Information Technology Systems Engineer will be responsible for designing, testing, implementing, and troubleshooting IT systems solutions for the organization. The role involves working to develop and deploy complex systems, managing the implementation process, and ensuring that all systems are running smoothly. In addition, the engineer will troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical issues.
Responsibilities- Design, test, implement, and troubleshoot IT system solutions.
- Develop and deploy complex systems.
- Manage the implementation process.
- Ensure all systems operate smoothly.
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical issues.
- Lead complex innovative IT projects.
- Manage large teams and multiple projects.
- Maintain high-level client relationships and escalations.
- Assist in developing short, medium, and long‑term plans to achieve strategic objectives.
- Interact across functional areas and with senior managers and executives to ensure objectives are met.
- Add industry expertise and broad company knowledge.
- Mentor peers and foster development among junior team members.
- Master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (preferred).
- At least 10 years of experience in IT systems engineering, with a focus on implementation engineering (required).
- Proven track record in engineering, designing, and leading innovative IT projects.
- Successful track record in information systems implementation.
- Leading contributor individually and as a team member.
- Project Management Professional Certification or equivalent (preferred).
