JMARK is seeking a Cloud Systems Administrator & Developer I to join our growing AI Operations team. This unique position combines cloud infrastructure administration with hands‑on software development, giving you the opportunity to work with Amazon Web Services (AWS), Terraform, Python, and custom AI applications.

You’ll help maintain and optimize cloud environments while contributing to the development of innovative applications that support JMARK and our clients.

We’re looking for someone who has a solid technical foundation, enjoys tackling challenges, and is excited to grow their skills in cloud technologies, automation, and software development.

You don’t have to know everything on day one. We’re looking for someone with the right technical aptitude, curiosity, and drive to learn.

• Assist with provisioning, configuring, monitoring, and maintaining AWS cloud resources, including compute, storage, networking, and identity services.
• Work with Terraform to manage cloud infrastructure through Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Monitor cloud environments, troubleshoot performance issues, and respond to alerts.
• Assist with cloud security, access management, patching, backups, and recovery processes.
• Help maintain reliable, secure, and efficient cloud environments.
• Document cloud configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Collaborate with senior team members to implement infrastructure improvements and resolve technical challenges.

Software Development & AI Applications

• Develop, test, and deploy new features, enhancements, and bug fixes for JMARK's custom AI application.
• Write clean, maintainable Python code following established development standards.
• Build and integrate APIs to connect applications, services, and systems.
• Participate in code reviews and collaborate with other developers to improve application functionality.
• Troubleshoot application issues and assist with testing and debugging.
• Utilize Git for version control and follow established development and deployment processes.
