Insurance CSR

The CSR serves as an important liaison between clients, insurance carriers, producers, and agency leadership. Responsibilities include responding to client requests, processing policy changes, issuing certificates of insurance, assisting with renewals, maintaining accurate account records, communicating with insurance carriers, and providing ongoing policy service. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional client service. The successful candidate should be comfortable working with both commercial and personal insurance products and willing to develop a strong understanding of the unique insurance needs of nonprofit organizations.
