We have an immediate opening for a Funds Associate with three to five years of experience preferred. We will consider candidates for any of our offices, including our virtual office, The Link. The ideal candidate will have a general corporate and securities background with specific experience advising investment funds during all stages of their lifecycle, as well as investors in such funds.

Experience with private equity, private credit, and venture capital funds is preferred. The candidate will work primarily with attorneys in our Financial Services & Capital Markets strategic business unit.

The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials, a commitment to the community, superior interpersonal skills, and a demonstrated record of working well under pressure. Candidates should demonstrate exceptional judgment, the ability to effectively handle multiple projects, and the ability to articulate legal strategies and courses of action. Candidates should have an active bar license in the state corresponding with the office to which they are applying or commit to obtaining one as soon as possible.

We offer competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and much more. Pursuant to applicable state laws, the compensation range for this position in New York, Vermont, and Washington, D.C. is $240,000 - $285,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience. The range in California, Colorado, Massachusetts is $230,000 - $285,000. The range in Maryland, New Jersey, and Washington is $230,000 - $275,000.

The range in Illinois is $215,000 - $285,000. The range in Minnesota is $215,000 - $260,000. Salaries in all other markets will vary depending on market data. Associates are eligible for an Associate Performance Bonus and Client Development Bonus.
