Kutak Rock seeks a lateral attorney with significant management-side labor law experience to join the Firm’s national Employment and Labor practice. This position is ideal for proactive, experienced attorneys with a self-sustaining book of business who want to integrate their labor and employment law practice into a full‑service corporate law firm to capitalize on our national resources, cross‑marketing opportunities, and collegial and collaborative work environment.

• Strong expertise and extensive experience representing management clients in labor negotiations and labor‑related disputes, and advising management clients on labor‑related matters and risks
• Strong organizational and matter‑management skills
• Ability and confidence to work independently while thriving in a high‑pace, collaborative, team environment
• Self‑motivated with the desire and drive to help shape and expand a growing practice
• Commitment to building relationships and achieving the goals of firm clients

• Currently admitted to practice with an active bar license in good standing within the state of residence
• Minimum of 7 years experience in the practice of labor law, representing management
• Recent law firm experience and a portable, self‑sustaining book of business required

• Status: Exempt
• Salary Range: $200,000–$400,000 annual base salary, commensurate with education and experience
• Work Arrangement: Hybrid; full‑time, with the option to work out of any of the listed offices or remote
