Senior In-House Litigation Attorney

We are seeking exceptional attorneys to join our legal team on our campus in Madison, WI, where relocation assistance is provided. This role focuses on managing complex litigation and providing counsel on regulatory, competition, healthcare, and other potential risk areas. You will handle multi‑million dollar disputes, minimize risk through proactive counseling, and represent the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings while forging relationships with vendors and industry collaborators.

You’ll support our ongoing growth as we expand our offerings and enter new global markets. Your responsibilities include:

• Managing complex litigation and counseling on various areas of potential risk, including regulatory, competition, healthcare law, and more.
• Handling and winning multi‑million dollar disputes, minimizing risk through proactive counseling.
• Representing the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings.
• Forging relationships with vendors and industry collaborators and ensuring compliance with legal frameworks in the US and abroad.

• Risk‑mitigation experience, including drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, and leading settlement negotiations.
• Strong academic and professional background; JD required.
• Experience with competition and regulatory litigation is a plus.
• Eye for detail, a creative mind, and excellent communication, writing, and analytic skills.
• Long‑term commitment to the role; relocation to Madison, WI is required.
• COVID‑19 vaccination required.
