In-House Litigation Attorney – Epic

Epic is seeking an experienced litigator to join our legal team in Madison, WI. The role supports Epic’s growth by managing litigation and regulatory matters across a rapidly evolving industry.

• Lead and advise on complex litigation, including motions, briefs, oral arguments and settlement negotiations.
• Counsel Epic on regulatory and competitive litigation matters, helping shape strategic responses.
• Collaborate with legal and cross‑functional teams to mitigate legal risks and support business initiatives.

• 3‑7 years of litigation experience, drafting motions, briefs, and representing clients in court.
• Strong academic background and proven analytical, communication, and writing skills.
• Experience with competition and regulatory litigation is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Full relocation reimbursement to the Madison, WI area.
• COVID‑19 vaccination required.
