We’re seeking a dynamic Director of Operations to drive success across our multi-unit market. In this pivotal role, you’ll inspire and empower Area Directors, General Managers, and Assistant Managers to excel, ensuring operational excellence while upholding our culture, values, and ethical standards.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead with Vision:
  Recruit, train, and mentor Area Directors and General Managers, fostering an inclusive environment that values diversity and promotes work/life balance.
• Drive Excellence:
  Set ambitious performance goals, champion operational standards, and hold teams accountable to deliver outstanding results.
• Grow the Business:
  Leverage sharp business acumen to analyze data, implement innovative strategies to boost sales, and optimize operational efficiency.
• Foster Trust & Safety:
  Build a workplace where safety, asset protection, and integrity are core to daily operations.
• Solve Strategically:
  Anticipate challenges, adapt solutions, and use data-driven gap analysis to keep performance on track.
• Collaborate & Communicate:
  Lead impactful Period and Quarterly Business Reviews, share changes transparently, and foster a culture of open feedback and teamwork.
• Grow Continuously:
  Engage in company-sponsored learning and pursue personal and professional development to stay ahead.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Hospitality, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of multi-unit management experience, ideally with a national chain, plus 3-5 years supervising multi-unit leaders.
• Proven ability to analyze and drive business results at an organizational level.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and collaboration skills to unite diverse teams.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• A positive, team-oriented mindset and willingness to travel within your assigned area.
• Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in fast-paced environments with exposure to noise, heat, or cold.
• Willingness to travel to locations and meeting venues as needed.

Schedule:

You’ll need to live within the geographic area you support and be prepared for a flexible schedule, including extra hours, weekends, and holidays. Travel within your area and occasional organization-wide travel is required.
