• Oversee the daily operations of multiple senior living communities, including budgeting, staffing, and regulatory compliance
• Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency and quality of care
• Lead and manage a team of executives, department heads, and staff to achieve organizational goals
• Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and external partners to ensure exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement policies, procedures, and initiatives
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards
• Identify and implement opportunities for growth and improvement

• Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) in Missouri
• Proven track record of successful leadership and operations management in senior living or healthcare
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and resident care
• Strong leadership and team management skills
