Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

The Inventory Specialist plays a crucial role in maintaining accurate inventory records and optimizing material management within our ERP system (Masterplan). This role requires a detail-oriented, computer-savvy individual who is a self-starter and can work independently while supporting the broader team. Occasional forklift operation may be needed, prior experience is preferred but not required.

• Become a subject matter expert in the Masterplan ERP system for inventory tracking and management.
• Ensure accurate data entry and inventory adjustments within the system.
• Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and report discrepancies.
• Assist in optimizing inventory processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure material availability for production.
• Support warehouse operations by assisting with organization and stock placement.
• Provide forklift support as needed (training available if necessary).
• Uphold CMC’s core values in all interactions and responsibilities.

• Strong computer skills with the ability to learn and navigate ERP systems (Masterplan experience is a plus).
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Previous inventory management or warehouse experience is a plus.
• Forklift experience preferred but not required.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
